I wonder why it's so hard to develop normal four way intersections than having one of those odd angled ones where you have no idea what signal is yours.
tl;dr - intersection in neighborhood had a new signal installed and people keep looking at the wrong ones.

I live on the East Side of Cleveland and we have multiple intersections that have 4-5 different roads intersecting.. It's unbelievable.
